Worry. Shame. Confusion. Cycles you can’t seem to break.
Seven years ago, I was living my best life (or so I thought) 🙄
I was at the height of my international coaching business—
Speaking on stages, running sold-out retreats in Bali, writing for magazines and mentoring thousands of women around the world.
I was known as the “self-worth expert.” My signature program taught women how to “find your worth from within.”
And it worked—at least on the surface.
Testimonials poured in.
Women were healing trauma, building confidence, and rewriting limiting beliefs.
But one day, in the middle of all that success… I heard a voice within that stopped me in my tracks:
“You know you can only take them so far.”
That moment wrecked me—in the best way.
I had unknowingly created a pretty prison and called it freedom.
But I wasn’t free.
I was just excellent at self-sufficiency, manifestation, and control.
And even though I was a Christian—I wasn't truly following Jesus.
What happened next was a holy unraveling.
Over 7 years, the Lord led me into the wilderness…
And what I discovered changed everything.
I learned that no healing modality, mindset reframe, or self-help tool
can do what only the Holy Spirit can do:
Jesus set me free from:
20 years of chronic health issues
Cycles of burnout and chronic fatigue
Deep-rooted fear of not enough and scarcity mentality
A-type striving disguised as “a strong work ethic”
Hidden self-worth wounds that kept me performing
Past traumatic events causing my nervous system 'on' all the time
...and so much more!
I didn’t know I needed Jesus—
until I encountered the kind of love that exposed what I never knew was there.
I had no idea how deeply I was striving, controlling, and self-protecting -
until His presence met me there… and began to make me whole.
Now, everything I teach flows from the place of surrender, sanctification, and renewal - because there is truly no other way to freedom.
And I know. I spent over a decade in self-help only to discover that through surrender I found the answers I was seeking all along.
I Know How You Feel...
You see, most women receive salvation.
But never taught sanctification.
You may not need another YouTube sermon, or prophetic word.
You need to be Made New.
This isn’t self-help.
This is sanctification.
Why Sanctification?
Salvation makes you His.
Sanctification makes you whole.
And wholeness is what allows you to walk in the fullness of His presence and calling.
“Pursue peace with all people, and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord.” — Hebrews 12:14
Because what you’re facing isn’t random.
It’s spiritual.
And there’s a path to walk in freedom, peace, and real fruitfulness — but only if you let God rebuild you from the inside out.
To live victorious and enter through the gates of the city (Revelation 21)
